Here we go, amping up for autumn already…. My first post of the season that feels and looks like fall, showcasing some ofEmerson Fry’s new cold weather collection.

I’m pulling the whole, “You must know about Emerson Fry” line, and “If you don’t, you NEED to”. They’ve captured some of the most beautiful minimalistic pieces in every collection the brand releases. Emerson Fry’s whole motto is, clean cut, minimal pieces that can all be packed up in one suitcase and worn a million different ways, together. That’s definitely putting their mission into my own words. There’s a ton of factors that make a piece of clothing or a collection wonderful, and one of them is the ability to be able to interchange each piece in a collection with each other, and wear everything together a million different ways. Essentially, Emerson Fry!

I wanted to wear everything together, and actually had to make game time decisions before shooting this post.

My favorite piece from the collection is thesnake slides. Actually- have those guys with me in my suitcase right now in Milan (I have the other ones too, haha).

Lastly- wanted to point out something about the silk trousers. Lately, I’ve been ditching the super cropped look when it comes to silk pants, and wearing my silk bottoms more baggy. I guess I may consider getting these hemmed an inch or two if I’m going to continue on with flats, but…. There’s a little scallop detail at the bottom that hovers right over a pair of 2-3 inch heels and looks pretty cool! Just a little note for all of you petite 5″2 girlies like moi! I’d say keep the length and rock them with some heels..
